Harassed for not being a team player

I am the only female and age 54, working with an IT Team of all young men. Whenever I discuss anything with my boss, I refer to them as "The Guys", which they all are, and my boss said that we have team issues - I am not part of the team. I was hired as a SQL Developer and was actually expected to be a BI Developer. When I realized what they really needed, I told them that I would need some formal training or to have an experienced consultant come in to help me complete the project by their deadline. They refused, but I kept telling them all along. After two months gone by and the deadline next week, they blame me because they actually had promised their clients this solution to get them to sign a contract before they ever hired me and purchased the product to be used to develop the solution. They changed my job, switched it to another employee who does not know how to do the work, and told me that I must train him on everything I learned by myself. I am ill over this and wondered if I can leave and file for unemployment due to hostile work environment, harassment and misinterpretation of the job I accepted.
