Got a right to sue letter from dfeh, how do I proceed?

Obtaining a right to sue letter from the dfeh because my discrimination complaint had a lack of evidence. How do I and should I proceed with that letter? Chances my employer fires me for filing that complaint? I also have questions about not getting scheduled breaks.
