Freelancer Recouping Payments Question
I have a client who I have worked with for several years and has had a good history of payment. But in the last six months my payments have become later and later. They are currently about 8,000.00 behind in payments right now. They keep setting dates they will pay by and breaking them. I can't seem to hold them to a schedule and would like to know what if any are my options to recoup these outstanding payments. I am a freelance consultant and I am aware that there aren't a lot of laws to help me out.
