Fired for attendance issues when employer was extremely aware of the health issues that required missing work. I made up all time. I was given very positive performance reviews. Told my clients loved me and my work was exceptional. But that my personal health issues were too much. I thought employers were required to accommodate illness. Was this termination legal?
