FMLA anxiety
I have been on FMLA since April and got a Recertification for 6 months review from my doctor. My employer rejected it at first,asking to clarify 8 hours a week missed in flare ups or 16 hours. It is 2 flare-ups a week possibly 4 hours each. My employer has not responded on if they've accepted this accomodation. What can I expect? I am anxious
