Employer apparently not paying unused vacation hours; I refused to sign separation.
I refused to sign my separation agreement; Employer has not sent a check for my non-used vacation hours. Their policy states upon separation you will receive a check for unused vacation hours no longer than a month after your separation date. My address checks out, no one in the company wants to touch this.
What are my options?
