Employee took vacation, HR paid their full wages. Is there a way to recoup the 3 days from employee?

Employee was paid in full before it was noticed that she was overpaid by 3 days of vacation. Can we somehow get that back?

From the plaintiff's side of things, better to let the employee know what happened and find a solution together. You're asking for trouble if you dock a paycheck.
