Employee gave two week notice and only completed four of the ten days. They knew the company policy that they are not eligible for rehire and any bonuses that are rewarded to current employees. However they want a bonus check for the month prior to leavin

An employee put in two weeks notice on February 7th. She worked one week then did not return. We have a rehire policy (you must complete your two weeks to be eligible for rehire) and you must complete your two weeks to qualify for bonuses earned prior to the employees departure. The employee is now requesting her bonus for January.
