During my three month probation after a lateral move and some corrected errors, I was given a written reprimand. How is this possible if it is a training period for the position?

I was informed I was not being reprimanded but the notice is to help me going forth. I was scheduled trainings for learning to complete documents, then told by my supervisor to disregard what I was told in training and do it her way. I feel this was done unjustly due to the probationary period being my training period for the position.
