Does a non profit, non FMLA agency have to pay for health care coverage medical leave
Is a non-profit non FMLA employer liable for health coverage for an employee who is requesting a two month medical leave due to seizures? She does not have any sick leave left nor did she take advantage of a short term disability plan offered.
