Do you have someone that can respond to a letter I received from my employee with allegations that are twisted and not true. I need a written respond that shows her allegations are not true or should be questioned. The letter is needed before Monday. I can send my notes taken the day of our discussion and her disrespect outburst comments. She is now trying to twist and justify by sending me a letter and copying my supervisor. It may end up being a grievence filing if I do not discredit her comments. What is the charge?
