Do i have a potential lawsuit?

I've been working for this company as a private duty caregiver for a little over a year, working 60 hours a week. Last October I found out I was pregnant let them know, and I still was working 60 hours a week. I left for unpaid maternity leave in the beginning of March I was high risk so my doctor wouldn't let me work.. However i returned to work early 4 weeks after my daughter was born. Upon returning one of my bosses tried offering money to buy my newborn child. Naturally I said it was not an option. Since then my work environment has been very uncomfortable and unfair. She has cut my hours down to 12-18 hours a week and refuses to give me anymore, so I asked my other boss to please call me so that we could discuss this situation, clearly she had no idea about everything, but continued to make us work together. So finally I asked my boss to please call because I was struggling with so little hours, she called me and had the other boss listening as a third party on our work conversation, and the third party went and discussed and made false statements to my friends and family, that cause a lot of animosity between us all. I'm now extremely emotionally hurt, this has cause a lot of distress, and financial issues, I'm not sure what my options are, I feel they are pushing me to quit my job. What should I do?
