Do I have to payback lump severance? I was tricked to retire retroactive to severance day.

I was involuntarily terminated. Later I signed the severance agreement and I received a severance lump sum and other severance benefits. After that, I believe I was tricked to change my retirement start day so it was retroactive to my severance day.

Does that turn back time and override my involuntary severance and agreement?

Do I have to payback the severance pay and other severance benefits?

Am I required to pay it back without being asked? Or can I wait until asked?

Am I a victim of fraud because of ex-employer trickery/misinformation that benefits them due to the above?

Thank you in advance for your reply.
