Do I have grounds to file a lawsuit?
I called my HR department and left a message to inform them my doctor told me to take a week off of work to heal up. I have psoriatic arthritis. Three hours after I left the message, my company laid me off; that denied my right to file a disability claim which I have paid into for almost two years. Can I file a lawsuit?
