Do I have any rights regarding a false accusation?

About 2 months ago it was brought to my attention that someone had accused me of making a sexually offensive remark to a woman that I work with. An investigation was conducted by our CEO and found the accusation to be false. He told me the woman I allegedly harassed stated flatly, "that never happened." I was never told who the accuser was and, until today, hadn't spent much time thinking about it.

Today everything changed for me. I was informed by my supervisor that I was passed over for a choice assignment and a $10 raise in favor of less qualified persons (yes, he said that) because "as long as a certain person is there, you won't be."

Is there anything I can do to stop this person?
