Do I have any legal rights?

I am a School Psychologist Associate who has worked with an Ohio ESC for 7 years, contracted for 6. Up until this year, I have been an exemplary employee with several high remarks from districts and various School Psychologists I have worked with in my personnel file- not one negative remark until this year. After questioning some unprofessional behavior of the new School Psychologist and of my supervisor, I began to be treated as a "problem" employee, and my work environment became quite hostile. I was placed under a completely different set of rules and guidlines than any other employee, and had been reprimanded for taking 4 days off for having the swine flu in November, which was documented by my physician. I was also told that if I used any more sick leave, it could be grounds for termination. I have been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia, Arthritis, Degenerative Disc Disease, and suffer from depression, all of which my supervisor is aware of. I had even asked the previous year if I needed to fill out FMLA forms and was told that it would not be necessary unless I had to take a long absence and had used all of my sick days. After bringing all of this to my supervisor and his supervisor's attention, the treament by my supervisor became worse. I have no duobt that the unprofesional and unethical actions taken by my supervisor are all out of pure retaliation for questioning these behaviors. I have documented and saved all correspondence between him and myself. I have 2 1/2 weeks left until summer vacation and have been told that I am being laid-off for the next school year. While I am grateful for the lay-off, I am still being subjected to a very hostile working environment and would like to know if I have any rights at this point. It has become hostile enough for me to consider quitting before my 2 1/2 weeks are up, but I cannot afford to loose my chance of receiving unemployment until I find a new career.
