Do I have a case when not even my manger but another manager from different location talk about me bad saying I am under microscope and I haven't been loyal with the Company in the past and they don't fire her now bcoz they don't have a right fit for that

My husband works for the same company different location and his boss called him one day stated your wife is under the microscope now they are finding out that I wasn't loyal with this company in the past and they don't fire her now because they don't have a good fit for that unit and as soon as they do will fire me, I've been a charge nurse for that unit for almost ten years. When I asked my direct supervisor she said she didn't know anything about that and her supervisor didn't discuss anything like that to her, my supervisor and my husband supervisor has same boss and they have weekly talk
