Do I have a case if there is active nepotism going on within my company?

I have a question in regards to nepotism within my company. My assistant general manager is hiring in all of her friends and making them supervisors who have no experience and are unqualified for the position at hand. Just the other day, one of the newly hired supervisors set up another supervisor that had been here far longer than she and although both should've been fired, the newly hired supervisor did not. Are there grounds and evidence to sue? They are starting to use scare tactics and threats against us too. Especially me, I have anxiety, depression, and back issues. I used to like my job, but now it feels as though there's no point in staying
