Do I have a case for harrasment and defamation of character

I recently left an organization for several reasons voluntarily, however, due to the culture of the business I felt forced to leave. I live in CO and the organization is in MN.

I was harassed by an employee who didn't like me when I was hired even though we had no prior knowledge of one another until I was hired. My repeated requests by human resources was denied to address the issue. My job description never required me to live in MN nor did the company raise an issue. I was intentionally left out of critical information and decision making by my new manager due to the fact I did not live in MN (according to him). I was also the target of many jokes and ridicule form the general manager and director of sales(my former manager) due to the fact I am overweight. Several current employees of the company are scared to speak up as their jobs have been threatened by other directors when things are not right.

I was not given an opportunity to interview for a position which I am completely qualified for as the general manager already had his person picked. While I had 10 plus years in my industry the person they hired had none. I had a spotless record while employed there and was one of the company's main employees.

I am a person who speaks up when things are not right and fair. I was brought into a meeting while in the corporate office one time with human resources and told if I didn't stop "bitching and complaining" I would be let go. When I confronted human resources about not even getting the opportunity to interview for the job I was interested in I was then told I would never move up in the organization since I "couldn't play the political game" within the company.I would remind you I had a spotless employment record while there, was always the top performer and bent was always the one to do the extra stuff.

The general manager frequently made sexual comments and gestures in meetings that made myself and others feel uncomfortable as well.

I do not have the money to front for a lawyer, do I have a case at all? If I was to file a lawsuit, where should I file it?
