Do I have a case against my employer that discharged me and I have been with them for 12 years?

I was the manager of the store and I had sent some paint to the body shop next door to try to match a customers car color that they had been trying to match for for almost 2 weeks. We do this all the time. I did not bill it out due to the fact that we were not sure if the paint was going to match or not yet. My assistant manager decided to take that information and call our auditor and tell them that I was taking parts out of the store without paying for them. She did this on a Saturday (as I was off) and I was discharged on that next Monday. I was not stealing and had every intention on billing that paint out once we knew for sure if it would match.
