Daughter was hired at a assisted living place at 16. Let go three days later stating policy is 18 and the system didn’t catch it.

She called me today and said I was let go. Picked her up talked to HR and they said flag was not working right in system so they didn’t catch it. Interviewer was told she was still in high school. They were willing to work around her schedule when school starts back. Most people in the building knew of her age. Worked three days and then called in and let go.
