Can you be fired for creating a hostile environment without physical evidence.

EPC did an investagation on me and said I was guilty of Racial Comments, Threated people with layoffs to intemidate and control, Showed favortism to my friends, and said I called people into my office to show them inappropriate material on my computer and my cell phone. I was never interviewed as to why I did? I ask was this a he said she said and they said we had enough people to confirm your guilt. All interviews was done over the tell phone. I told them it was disgruntle employees.
