Can we be sued by former employee for assumed "duty of Loyalty"
My former employers is threatening to sue us for " duty of loyalty" if we sign any contract with any of his clients from the past 6 months. My brother and I worked for his surveying company for 12 years and recently left (after two weeks notice) to form our own surveying company) we never signed a non-compete clause. He is threatening to sure, can he do that?
