Can my team lead ask me to preform tasks in job evaluation that none of my coworkers were asked to do? I'm 60 yr female, coworkers are male.
Have been on the job for 6 years and now want to do a job evaluation. I'm going to be asked to preform certain task he knows I struggle with. None of my male coworkers had to do anything but be signed off on evaluation. I'm a 60 yr old female.
