Can my employer's husband harass and belittle me?

My employer is an owner of an insurance agency and her husband, whom assumes he's an owner as well, simply because he's married to the owner, has been belittling and harassing the employees, me included. His actions have caused one person to quit, another one was fired under personal issues, which had nothing to do with their work ethic, and I have become ill and developed high blood pressure. Is this grounds for legal action?
