Can my employer (school) continuously try to change my job description and position following a reasonable accommodation?
After a hard fight to get an accommodation that was being provided to 90% of employees, I received it. Since then my job has attempted to reassign my job position twice while still under the accommodation. When discussing these new job titles with me I was offered no change in compensation and it was an ultimatum of you have to do one or the other or you're going to get furloughed.
