Can my employer change my contract after I have signed it?

My employer wants to change my contract that I have already signed. The contract states that I am entitled to 6 weeks of paid vacation. My employer is now saying that it is a typo and would like to take away 2 weeks of paid vacation. I have not signed the new contract, do I have a case?
