Can my boss tell co-worker i was lying about a sick day even though i wasn't?
I had a severe allergic reaction so i took PTO to recover from the swelling and irritation, one day. My boss told another co-worker i lied about being sick and that he was not information i would not be coming in when i had given him a heads up and received a response the night before. Is he allowed to do that even if i had already told my coworker and sent her pictures the night before since we are close?
