Can my boss cut my hours to 2 as an on-site manager of 46 units, that's not even enough to cover the rent her charges me?

I am an on-site apartment manager of 46 apartments. I am paid for only 4 hours of my day. There were some items stolen from my office and I am being accused of it, saying it's was an inside job. I have watch the cameras for hours trying to figure it out. I eventually got a short clip of the person whom a few of my tenants and I can pretty much tell you who it is. My employer seems to believe my daughter, who is also a tenant, has erased parts of the footage. He has had problems after problems with the security cameras and now feels that he can use it to his advantage. He now has placed me on probation, is going to rent my office out and has cut my hours down to 2 hours a day. I can't even afford the rent he charges me with that now, and he says I can't have another job and work here because I am onsite 24/7. Is this ok? Please help. I feel entrapped and stressed.
