Can i sue a company for posting job positions that don't exsist?
I have been looking for a job for months and have run into the issue of phantom jobs . The company says online thru their website that there hiring, also thru online job postings that there is a position open. But i will fill out applications and tests to only find out later that the job is not available. That the company allways is advertising , even tho the job is not open. Yet the company keeps putting the job up like it is a new position. When i look at their website they state that the job was posted 4 days ago. But when i call the company they tell me their is no job . Is it false advertising and can i sue ?
