Can an employer keep denying vacation time due to understaffing?
My husband has 92 hours Vacation time. He has requested 2 times this year to be off. Both have been denied "due to understaffed". The company has a turnover rate of 80% within the first 30 days of employment. At what point, if any, do they have to grant the vacation?
