Can an employer in Ohio require forfeiture of unused vacation days yearly?

My company only allows the calendar year rollover of 5 vacation days and requires forfeiture of any unused vacation days above that total unless prohibited by state law (e.g. Cal). I am inquiring if Ohio has any laws addressing this situation.
