Can an employer give your scheduled days away without notifying you and can they do that before the payperiod is over?
I work in a salon as a massage therapist and as I was looking over the schedule I seen that my boss hired a new therapist and that she had reduced my normal work days and give them away to this new therapist. However, I was not informed of this and I was wandering if they can even do this before the payperiod is over.
