Can a job look at your status from when you were a minor?
I tried applying for Randalls in my area. I got as far as a phone interview and the lady said since I worked from Albertsons when I was 16 she had to see if I was a available for rehire. I am 33 now. Is it legal to say I can't be rehired because I abandoned my job as a minor in which I did not the manager took me off the schedule and gave me no hours. Can job look at your status from when you were a minor?
