Can a company deny your severance pay after they told you you would receive 2 wks severance?
I was told to resign or be terminated, either way I would receive 2 wks severance pay. Those were the exact words from my director. My clinical manager was present when she said this and now I have been told I will not receive anything because I did not resign I chose to be terminated. Can they do this?
