Can a certain group of people be discriminated against?
Working as a cashier, if I were to go to the bathroom other than on break or before or after clocking in for lunch, I'm told "I'm stealing company time". But all other employees in the store are allowed to go the bathroom anytime . Why are we the only ones that have to use our personal break time or lunchtime for this?
