Can I sue righttime care or the doctor who refused to fill out my paperwork for leave?

I was diagnosed with bells palsy by the doctor i had scheduled an appointment with at righttime(knowing that they dont schedule appointments for urgent care i schedule an appointment so that it wasnt) and had to take a leave of absense because i was unable to perform the duties necessary for the job, so i went back to the doctor i had seen with appointment at righttime care(they dont take appt for urgent care so i know it wasnt) the doctor refused to fill out the paperwork at all even if it wasnt in my favor he wouldnt fill it out then refused to clear me to return to work when i went to my old doctor and paid out of pocket( i have medicaid) he said that that doctor is a hack and his notes were terrible and had no grounds for his prescription(as he prescribed me a prescription for shingles without grounds instead of prednosone as my old doctor said he should have prescribed) and he didnt even properly notate the symptoms and issue i described, i lost my job because the absence was not approved and when called by my employers he refused to give them any info either. I was not yet qualified for FLMA through the company yet i should say
