Can I sue my former employer of 42 years for "involuntary" retirement?
Needed to be on short term disability for medical treatments while wk comp claim was pending. HR said I had to chose wk comp or disability. I chose to retire and pursue medical treatments. All WC hearings (4,including OIC) stated retirement was considered "involuntary". Is there anything that can be done?
