Can I sue for firing me for abusing a client when it was completely false?

I worked with a client who was behavioral and had disabilities. My client accused me of abusing her in which resulted to me being terminated due to her "specified details in our so called encounter" . My question is can I sue either her (even though she has a disability for lying) or the company for terminating me and having no substantial evidence to back her claim?
