Can I still take my vacation time after giving notification of resignation?
My employment contract says vacations will not be honored after employee leaves firm. I have to give 8 weeks notice and want to take my vacation at the end so I can leave 6 weeks after notification given. So if I take my vacation near the end of my employed period will that be ok or will they withhold my vacation time once they are notified of my plan to leave?
