Can I quit for good cause and receive unemployment?

I am the practice administrator for a surgical center. Since I started the position, the owner has required me to take on more and more responsibility, without increasing my pay or changing my job description. Most of my direct reports are earning more than I do (some by $25K+ with less education and experience). For example, when I started, there was a bookkeeper on staff that worked 30-35 hours a week. She was terminated 12/2016. Since then, I have been tasked to absorb her responsibilities. I am also frequently asked to perform the work of our nurse, when she is out, which I am not qualified. I was also supposed be given a bonus package within my first 6 months of employment. I still have not received. When I have asked to discuss a raise or bonus, I have been told that I was not a revenue generator. I just want to find a new job. This has been my focus the last six months. Things have since been getting worse. My question is: Can I quit for good cause and receive unemployment? Am I able to refuse to do the bookkeeping responsibilities? What are my options to be treated fairly? Thank you in advance.
