Can I leave a hostile workplace in spite of noncompete?

I have dealt with gender and disability disc. as well as retaliation, harassment, ostracizing, and intimidation when going to HR to voice my concerns. I get stonewalled on everything, there is no confidentiality and no effort to validate my concerns. This is a very hostile workplace with very loose mgmt and I just want out. I have a coworker who seems to be trying to get me fired by lying about me. The owner is lost, and may not be aware of everything that is going on. Can I get out of this place?
