Can I get the company to pay my last five years of my pension in my settlement?

I was assaulted at work, suspended for two days while company investigated it. Called me back to work and told me they found no fault in the physical activities on my part. Then proceed to say but we have this other issue that happened and it is grounds for your immediate termination. I looked at my union steward and said I'm here for a assault that happened to me, this other issue is for another time. I'm in a union so the company fired me because I took a friend to work on a saturday. Well two month earlier I took my nephew in to work on a saturday which my Foreman was there and shop steward was there and my forman came to me on the Tuesday after and said call your nephew the company wants to hire him. He starts managers praise me and him for being a good worker. So I get fired for the same thing I did two months before. Union finally talks to HR two days later and HR asked union if Tony would be willing to take a settlement. I've been off for 7months and I had 5 years till I could get my early retirement pension and medical, early retirement at 52 turns I to 65 because of there lies and deceit. Manager asked the guy who assaulted me in there investigation if he had any information on anything that would help the company get rid of me. Strange to me. I want them to feel the hurt, pain, and have there reputation stepped on like they did me. I was there go to guy when a customer wanted it now, I worked the overtime. Union is fighting it arbitration on January 12,13. But I want my pensioned paid, benifits, wagesand I have situational anxiety and I'm on medication for that due to all this. Can I get all that. Pension, wage, pain and suffering?
