pensions
i tok early retirement from my coal co. i returned to work at another coal co ., now my pension has been stopped. i earned that pension with 25 years of service. is this legal?

Pension Plan
It completely depends upon the provisions of the particular Pension Plan and the Early Retirement offer. You would have to have someone examine those documents to know.
