Can I enforce the non-compete agreement with immediate family who involved in the business?

Hello there, I'm seeking a legal advice, please help!

In 2018, I purchased a small existing business with all my saving, I kept all existing employees, which including the former owner's daughter (i paid extra for her too) because she has been working there about 10 years and she managed the business for her mom but she didn't have a legal binding with the business. The owner signed agreement of non-compete within 5 miles radius and 5 years term. However, after working for us almost 3 years, the daughter opened another business within 2 miles radius took all other 3 employees (I had 6 employees total). She tried to compete with us and took all our customers because she collected all customers info quietly. This action cost us income dropped dramatically

Do I have a strong case to enforce the non-compete agreement which her mother signed with the fact they are under same house hold and she has been managing the business for long time?

Note: the daughter was there at the time of negotiating and closing but she did sign anything. Only mother.
