Can I collect unemployment over the summer, as a private school teacher with a 10 month contract?
I have a contract as a salaried employee for 10 months. During the summer, our enrollment decreases and less teachers are needed. I volunteered to work but was not one of the teachers offered employment. My contract renews in September.... Can I collect unemployment over the summer?
