Can I be terminated for being a witness to my coworkers Unemployment suit against my company?

A former coworker was receiving unemployment from my company and now they are stating that she has to pay it back because she was insubordinate. They are stating that he was refusing to see patients but it is untrue. I am a witness that she saw patients and there for did what she was supposed to do. I want to know if I tell them what happen that I will be fired from my company. I do want to help but I do no want to loose my job. Please help I need to know as soon as possible what my options are. Thanks
