Can I ask an employee to sign an agreement that they continue to work at their own risk?

We have a full-time employee that works in part in our warehouse, but is pregnant and her doctor has said her pregnancy is high-risk. She has had a series of sick days related to the pregnancy, and has been told by her doctor that she cannot lift anything over 5 lbs. We want to keep her, but don't want her job to cause her problems with her pregnancy. We worry that if she miscarries or other issues arise with her health or that of the baby, we'll be liable having allowed her to continue to work. How can we limit our legal risk? We may be interested in paying for consultation if there is an agreement she could sign to protect us, or some other solution.
