Breaking an employeement agrreement
I have an employer xxx Inc, who is trying to sue me based on employeement agreement I signed, with them, stating that I am working for the same client through another firm. Is there any way, I can prove the agreement I signed was invalid. As I only signed and send the last page via email, (the employment agreement form) which had clauses G and H alone and not any other.
