Boss doesnt like me so he belittles me in front of others, ignores me, talks hateful to me and has made me cry by insulting me.
He promised me management position and hired someone else with no hotel experience and I am training her. He does not like me so he belittles me insults me and does it in front of employees and guests. I cringe at the sight of him and he interfere with my job performance.
